Salary

Your salary will reflect the breadth of accountabilities and responsibilities for the job you do, the expertise you need and how you are delivering against our purpose and strategy. Salaries are reviewed annually.

Pension

The TSB Pension Plan allows you to save and invest during your working life, with TSB contributing up to 13% of your salary into your pension pot each month.

Flex cash allowance

Each year you’ll receive 9% of your salary (4% for senior roles), to be taken in your pay each month or spent on a range of benefits such as additional holiday, Life and Critical Illness cover.

Bonus

On target bonuses of at least 5% of your salary are paid each year, subject to TSB’s performance (10% for senior roles).

Holidays

You’ll receive at least 25* days holidays each year plus bank holidays, increasing to 28* days after 3 years. You can buy more holiday using Flex cash allowance’.

Hybrid working

If you help customers face to face you’ll work in one of our branches. For other roles you’ll divide your time between one of our offices and home.
